What Makes Elgin Township Tick???
According to Elgin Township Supervisor Ken Bruderle, Elgin Township is home to many social service agencies and service clubs that make Elgin Township a better place to live. To cast a spotlight on them, Elgin Township is hosting a community event on Saturday, August 16th to showcase these organizations’ value, how they can assist residents, and what volunteer opportunities exist to help the organizations.
The event is open between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the Elgin Township campus at 729 S. McLean Blvd. in Elgin and will include organization information, a volunteer fair, family fun, and food from vendor Dairy Queen.
